Smoked salmon bagel
Soft seeded bread, generous salmon and chips. The brunch favourite.
Beef burger
Crispy bacon, melted cheese and chips. Lunchtime, properly done.
Glazed wings
Lacquered, with sesame and pickles. For sharing — or not.
Atlantic salmon
With baby potatoes and sautéed vegetables. A main course with the sea in front of you.
